Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform CNA duties with attention to safety and care.
• Meets state and federal CNA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitors and reports changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Assists with plans of care and participates in staff meetings.
• Performs administrative tasks and maintains clear documentation.
• Responds to call lights and emergencies promptly and professionally.
