Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program.
• At least one year related experience preferred.
• Licensed in appropriate state as a Licensed Nurse.

Responsabilités

• Performs daily rounds on assigned unit to monitor residents and assess condition.
• Administers medications, monitors vital signs, and ensures accurate charting.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to update care plans and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicates with residents, families, and physicians about care plans and updates.
