Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC invites qualified CNAs to join our caring team at Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle, IN. CNAs provide daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care, along with companionship and encouragement tailored to individual needs.

You will work with fellow caregivers to support resident comfort, observe changes, and report needs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, active CNA certification, and 0–1 year of experience are typical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Education
