Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of a nurse assistant training and competency evaluation program, including passing the certification exam.
• Meets state and federal requirements.

• Provide daily direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Assist with treatments, documentation, and nursing procedures as needed.
• Maintain infection control and safe environment; follow policies and participate in drills.
• Assist with plans of care and provide support to residents and families.
