Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
• Participate in seminars, staff meetings, and learning experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
