Job summary

PinnacleParkHRC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to residents in our facility. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals, including a Charge Nurse and RN Supervisor, to deliver compassionate support and daily living assistance.

The role requires CNA certification, a caring demeanor, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential for effectively communicating with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Caring and loving personality and demeanor
• Ability to work the scheduled shift, including every other weekend and holiday
• Ability to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting and hygiene
• Respond promptly to resident call lights
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments
• Follow infection control procedures
• Document and chart care for each resident
• Protect residents’ rights
• Adhere to company policies and standards
