The Californian-Pasadena, a 63-bed skilled nursing facility in Pasadena, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will provide resident care, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and follow care plans to help residents thrive.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification valid in California.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and document in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards and facility procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to staff.
• Maintain resident rooms and participate in shift handoffs.
• Follow dress code, attend meetings, and keep CPR current.
• Report to work as scheduled and support team collaboration.
