Qualifications

• Must be Certified Nursing Assistant in California and maintain current certification.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and document information in English.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Demonstrates effective communication in English and compassion for elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to Nursing Standards of Care and facility procedures.
• Monitor and document vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and meals.
• Follow resident-specific care plans and OBRA/Title 22 regulations.
