Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Glendale, WI clinical team. As a bedside caregiver, you will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor health, and support daily operations.

We offer market-leading pay with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, paid time off, and health benefits. A Wisconsin CNA license and high school diploma are required; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess an active WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing on the Wisconsin state registry.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Compliance: Must successfully pass state healthcare worker background checks and health screenings.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong physical stamina, patience, compassion; able to work independently or as a team; basic computer knowledge for EHR.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Resident Care & ADL Assistance: assist with showering, dressing, grooming, meals, hydration, and record intake.
• Vital Signs Monitoring & Health Observation: measure and record BP, pulse, temp, respiration, weight; report changes.
• Infection Control & Environment Maintenance: maintain clean, safe spaces; follow PPE and hygiene guidelines.
• Accurate Digital Documentation: complete care reports and logs in the EHR before shift end for seamless handoffs.
• Compliance & Team Collaboration: follow safety guidelines; participate in shift huddles and support the Unit Manager and nursing leadership.
