Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team in Wisconsin.

The CNA will provide high-quality bedside care, assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health indicators, and ensure safe, compassionate support across shifts. This role emphasizes infection control, accurate digital documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff to maintain a respectful, patient-centered environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Active WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state healthcare worker background checks and health screenings.
• Strong physical stamina, patience, and a compassionate approach to elderly and rehabilitative populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support meals, hydration, and monitor intake; track percentages and fluid intake.
• Safely transfer, ambulate, and reposition residents per care plans.
• Measure and report vital signs and health changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Document care in the facility’s EHR accurately and timely.
• Maintain infection control and keep living areas clean and safe.
