Complete Care seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team in Wisconsin. You will provide direct patient care, assist residents with ADLs, monitor hydration and nutrition, and document in the EHR for seamless handoffs.

Qualifications

• Active WI Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to use electronic health records for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including showering, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Serve meals and monitor hydration; track meal percentages and fluid intake.
• Safely transfer and reposition residents using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Measure vital signs and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain clean, sanitary living areas and follow infection control policies.
• Complete care reports and logs in the EHR before shift end.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and participate in shift huddles.
