Job summary
WellBridge of Brighton is looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our award-winning team. You will assist guests with daily living activities, document care plans, and support our clinical staff in providing safe, respectful care.
We offer starting wages of $19.15 per hour plus $3.40 hero pay and a $0.75 shift premium for afternoons, with yearly wage increases and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, tuition
Qualifications
- Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program and current CNA certification from Michigan.
- Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing and activities of daily living per individualized care plans.
- Document patient care and daily activities as required.
- Monitor and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, and vital signs.
- Support therapists and rehabilitation by encouraging ongoing well-being.
- Observe and report significant changes to the nursing team.

- Starting wage $19.15 per hour

- You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
- You will perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide. Bathing and all activities of daily living related care, such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
- You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
- You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
- You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team
- You have completed of an approved Nursing Assistant training program, with current certification for Nursing Assistant CNA required from the State of Michigan
