CLARU DEVILLE NURSING CENTER in Fredericktown, Missouri is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, and mobility. This role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and adherence to facility policies to ensure safe, respectful care.

The CNA will document intake, observe health changes, communicate with nurses, and collaborate with a care team to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for resident interaction.
• Effective communication with residents, families and staff.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail in documenting care.
• Understanding of patient care policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Deliver meals and fluids, turn and ambulate residents as needed.
• Observe resident health and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Document resident intake and care activities.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional support as required.
• Maintain clean and orderly living areas and beds.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Support nurses and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Follow facility policies and maintain confidentiality of resident data.
