Job summary

Haven Creek Assisted Living in West Haven, UT 84401 is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to aid residents under the direction of nursing leadership and in accordance with care plans. Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing (state) preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse, med tech and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Assists resident with lifting, turning, moving and accommodating transfers.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes, including delivery and feeding assistance.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and records intake.
• Keeps weight and health data, reports changes to nurse and supervisor.
• Documents progress on flow sheets and communicates barriers to care.
