Valley View Retirement Community is seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on support that enhances the comfort, dignity, and independence of our residents. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, CNAs deliver daily nursing care and assist with daily living activities per care plans.

Qualifications

• High school level education or GED required.
• Completion of state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (NNAAP) or enrollment qualifies.
• Current CNA certification in the state is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support independence, dignity, and choice for residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and stock supplies.
• Document care and observations accurately in flow sheets and EHRs.
• Interact with residents, families, coworkers, and visitors with respect.
