Nexus Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care and assist with daily living activities to support residents' comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the State of Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Follow Infection Control & Safety Protocols.
