Qualifications

• Texas Nurse Aide Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan to ensure resident care is optimal.
• Know residents well, provide comfort, transport, monitor vital signs, assist daily living.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene and bedpan use when needed.
• Safely lift and reposition residents as required.
• Provide adjunct patient care as needed.
• Report changes in resident behavior to shift leaders.
