Job summary

Buckner Retirement Services Community in San Angelo, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide compassionate resident care. You will implement care plans, perform ADLs, monitor vitals, and help maintain safety and comfort for residents in an onsite setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prescribed health care plans and ADLs.
• Conduct rounds to ensure resident safety, comfort and cleanliness.
• Provide care including bathing, feeding, oral care, mobility and reporting changes.
• Maintain clean and sanitary environment and document ADLs and intake/output.
• Support dining with meal service and feeding as needed.
• Respond to calls and participate in restorative activities and resident disputes calmly.
