Buckner Retirement Services — Parkway by Buckner in Houston, TX is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for full-time, onsite work. You will support daily living activities, comfort, and safety for residents, following care plans and reporting changes promptly.

Requirements include CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, and a high school diploma or GED. English proficiency is essential, with physical ability to perform tasks and lift as needed.

Qualificações

• Must have Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Previous experience with senior care is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementing the prescribed health care plan.
• Conduct regular resident rounds to monitor comfort, safety and cleanliness.
• Provide care including bathing, feeding, oral care, mobility assistance and ADL support.
• Assist with linen, cleaning, and sanitation tasks.
• Document ADLs, intakes/outputs and vital signs accurately.
• Support dining and mobility needs as required.
• Respond to call lights promptly and ensure resident safety.
