Job summary

Boundary Waters Care Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing community in Ely, MN. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified applicants who provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support their daily needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring residents, and collaborating with the care team to maintain safety and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
