Job summary

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is seeking motivated CNAs to join our team in Duluth, MN. We offer both part-time and full-time shifts with a starting wage of $22.50 per hour, wage based on experience.

A $3,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time positions and paid out over 12 months. Responsibilities include measuring vital signs, direct patient care, maintaining patient records, and assisting with mobility and daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minnesota CNA certification is required.
• A cleared background check is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Good time management skills are essential.
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals and foster teamwork.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure and record vital signs regularly.
• Provide direct patient care per guidelines.
• Assist residents with mobility and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and observations.
• Assist with medical procedures under supervision.
• Communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff.
