Job summary

Qualifications
- Holds a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
- Can accurately record information and perform basic procedures.
- Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience.
- Genuinely cares for residents, including elderly and disabled individuals.
- Understands and upholds Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing per policy.
- Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
- Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers.
- Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
- Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
- Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide orientation as directed.
