Qualifications

• Must hold current Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals and care notes.
• Compassionate care for the elderly and disabled.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Support mobility by safely ambulating and transferring residents with assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/outtake, and meal consumption accurately.
• Assist with positioning and provide range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed.
