Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under the direction of licensed nursing staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as defined by state regulations and care plan.
• Record resident vitals, weights, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff and support resident rights.
