Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents under supervision of licensed nursing personnel (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, ambulation)
• Record residents' activities of daily living
• Take vital signs and weigh residents as directed by the licensed nurse
• Help maintain a clean unit and support residents and their families, ensuring they feel cared for and appreciated
