Job summary

Touchmark at Coffee Creek is seeking a Weekend CMA/ACMA/CNA to join our care team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, mobility and toileting, and provide a supportive presence for residents and families.

The ideal candidate will have CMA/ACMA certification and be willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid. Competitive wages based on experience, with shift differentials, are offered along with benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have current CMA/ACMA certification.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don’t already have one.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and understanding the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Answering call lights as soon as possible to ensure safety of residents.
• Escorting residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms.
• In our memory care setting, caregivers may prepare the dining room, take orders, and serve meals.
• Taking and documenting vital statistics.
• Performing medication assistance as directed by a licensed staff.

As a Caregiver with Touchmark, you will assist residents with activities of daily living as needed - activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting. Your responsibilities as a CMA/ACMA may include daily duties such as:
