Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in counseling or related field.
• MS RN license in-state preferred or required.
• Two years nursing experience, with two years in long-term care.
• One year or 1500 hours teaching adults or supervising nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver CNA and nursing theory and skill instruction.
• Organize clinical training experiences with safe, supportive environment.
• Evaluate student performance through exams and practicums.
• Foster industry relationships for student placement and collaboration.
• Maintain a positive classroom culture with clear expectations.
