Qualifications

Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state where the center is located; Job Corps experience preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet insurability requirements.
Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide CNA instruction and training leading to certification and job readiness.
Ensure student data confidentiality and integrity; adhere to all guidelines.
Meet or exceed program performance goals and student placement objectives.
Offer comprehensive case management to support student progress and completion.
Maintain an organized, disciplined classroom and enforce dress code/behavior standards.
Plan, prioritize, and organize assignments to achieve deadlines.
Mentor and supervise students and coordinate with Center leadership.
Contribute to program quality improvements and effective service delivery.
