Qualifications

• Active Maine RN License (Required)
• Ability to pass State of Maine Criminal Background Check & Fingerprinting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Teaching experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise groups of 5-6 students in clinical settings.
• Ensure students meet 40 hours of clinical training requirements.
• Provide direct instruction and oversight during clinical hours (roughly 7:45 AM – 11:15 AM, some full days 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
• Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Follow state and program guidelines for CNA training.
