Job summary

Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Fairview, MI is hiring a Resident Assistant to participate in its paid CNA Training Program. You will support older adults in a skilled nursing setting while completing a two-week class paid for by Wellspring, with a path to a full-time CNA position after licensure.

Starting pay during training is $14/hour, rising to $17/hour after licensure, with full-time hours and benefits.

What We\'re Looking For

Schedule & Compensation During CNA Training

• Full-time, 36 hours per week
• 8-hour, day shifts during training and class attendance
• Every other weekend rotation
• Starting pay: $14.00/hour

After CNA Completion & Licensure

• Full-time, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position
• 12 hour shifts
• Day or Night shift
• Every other weekend rotation
• Pay increases to $17.00/hour + wage pass though
