The Residence at Penniman Hill, operated by LCB Senior Living, is seeking a Resident Care Associate (CNA/CHHA) to support the needs of our elders with dignity and independence. You will provide personal care, therapeutic engagement, and safety in alignment with each resident's service plan.

Shifts include part-time daytime 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and a 11pm-7am per diem option. Competitive wage band of $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, plus tuition reimbursement opportunities.

Competenze

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training as required by State Regulation and CPR and First Aid training.
• Experience caring for seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia is preferred.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and mobility.
• Monitor changes in resident health and report to RN or designee.
• Document services provided and input information into the community computer tracking system.
