Distinctive Living is hiring a CHHA/CNA (Full-Time or Part-Time) to provide direct care to residents in our community in Pennsylvania. The role supports residents' daily living activities, documents care, and collaborates with the care team to ensure safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has CNA or HHA credentials, at least six months of caregiving experience, and strong communication skills. We offer benefits including medical, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and an employee assistance program.

Qualificações

• Six months of caregiving experience or similar function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must hold CNA or HHA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to residents per individualized plan of care.
• Document all pertinent information regarding care as assigned.
• Promote residents' highest level of functioning in daily activities.
• Assist with meals and dining room setup and eating.
• Maintain residents' rooms and surrounding environment in a safe, neat condition.
• Follow facility infection control procedures and HIPAA policies.
