Job summary

The Residence at Riverbend, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate (CNA/CHHA) to join our team in Massachusetts. Full-time shifts available 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with per diem for other shifts. Base wage band is $21.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training.
• CPR and First Aid training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living per the approved service plan.
• Assist with medications per State Regulation and document appropriately.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and cognitive stimulation.
• Document services in the computer tracking system.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report to RN.
• Assist with clothing, laundry, and housekeeping as per plan.
• Support residents in dining, mobility, bathing, dressing and grooming.
