Job summary

Workstream is seeking compassionate CNA/CHHA caregivers to provide in-home care services across OKC. Travel to clients' homes is required and you will support daily living activities according to each written plan.

Prior PCA/CNA/CHHA experience is preferred but not required; we value reliability and strong communication. You will document observations, follow instructions, and maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide care.
• Provide supportive household services as outlined, including meals or light housekeeping.
• Document observations and activities.
• Perform care with minimal client/family complaints.
• Assist with personal care per written plan (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Take and follow oral and written instructions.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality when communicating with coordinators.

Job description

Prior experience as a PCA/CNA/CHHA preferred,but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1.Traveling to and from clients' homes.
• 2. Providing supportive household services that may include light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, preparing meals (sometimes for medically prescribed diets etc. that are outlined in the member's written plan of care.
• 3.Documenting observations and activities.
• 4.Performing care and services with minimal or no client/family complaints.
• 5.Assisting clients with personal care as directed by their written plan of care. These tasks may include bathing, dressing, or grooming.
• 6.Taking oral and written instructions.
• 7.Must have telephone and dependable transportation.

The applicant must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with:

• Scheduling coordinators regarding dates and times of shifts as well as the health of members while maintaining HIPAA regulations for confidentiality.
• Members that are hard of hearing, linguistically impaired, and/or emotionally distraught. This may require the use of assistive devices.
