Job summary

Senior Helpers (US) is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients in their homes in Washington. You will provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, while documenting progress and coordinating with families.

Requirements include active CNA and HCA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Licensed caregiver with active CNA and HCA credentials.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for home visits.
• Ability to complete documentation and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-home care to clients in their residence.
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Provide personal companionship and engage with client and family.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence, light housekeeping, and meals.
• Document task completion and report changes in condition or behavior.

Essential Functions:

• Delivering exceptional care to the client in their home
• Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
