As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care and support for our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, while growing in a positive, team-focused environment. CNA / STNA professionals play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, and we are seeking individuals who share our commitment to dignity, respect, and compassion.
Provide hands-on care for residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning
Assist residents with meals and hydration, ensuring nutritional needs are met throughout each shift
Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and daily log updates
Keep rooms clean, organized, and safe, while promoting a homelike environment
Support residents' rights by treating all individuals with kindness, dignity, and respect
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Perform additional duties as requested by the Director of Nursing or supervisory staff
Current and valid CNA or STNA certification for the state of Ohio
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Physical strength and endurance for a fast-paced care setting
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Attention to detail and an understanding of patient care policies and procedures
