Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) for PRN and Full-Time shifts. Positions include 6a–6p or 6p–6a, with opportunities to work nights and weekends. The facility emphasizes high-quality patient care, safety, and ongoing learning in a skilled nursing setting.

Position and Schedule

• Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• Part Time/PRN:(6p - 6a) or (6a - 6p)

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job‑related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerAvailable to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home care environment
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)
