Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Texas is hiring Certified Nursing Aides for full-time day and night shifts (12-hour). You will deliver compassionate patient care, support families, and work as part of a dedicated healthcare team.

We offer next day pay, medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k matching, life insurance, disability and supplemental insurances. CPR preferred, high school diploma required, and Texas CNA certification.

Position and Schedule

• Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• Full Time: 12 Hour Shifts (6a - 6p) & 6p-6a) and PRN Available

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Must-Haves for Role

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
