Job description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the supervision of a RN, LPN / LVN, or other licensed medical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary for caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements :

• Preferably one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant within the last three years.
• Graduation from a certified nursing assistant program with documentation verifying active certification and good standing, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions.
• Current CPR certification, if applicable.
• Current health certificate, per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
