Job summary

Adoration Health in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes on a part-time weekend schedule. Under RN supervision you will assist with personal care, documentation in HomeCare HomeBase EMR, and light home management tasks, promoting independence and dignity for patients.

This role emphasizes safety, lift techniques, and collaboration with a caregiving team to deliver stable, high-quality home health

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up to 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks
