Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty CNA to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. You will provide individualized, patient-centered care during night shifts in a private duty setting, under RN supervision.

The role emphasizes independent work with team support, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate, home-based care environment. Pediatric cases and ADLs are part of the caseload, with 4:00pm–9:00pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA or Home Health Aide per state licensure.
• Ability to perform patient care tasks safely and independently.
• Experience with home-based care and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete proper documentation using EMR.
• Assist with personal care and home management tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
