Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Winchester, TN. This role provides 1:1 patient-centered care in a home-care setting with supervision by a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include documentation in HomeCare HomeBase EMR, assisting with personal care, mobility, and light home management tasks, and collaborating with a supportive, team-oriented office. Part-time daytime schedule available.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA with active certification in the state of employment.
• Experience providing private-duty, one-to-one patient care is preferred.
• Ability to document care accurately using the EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks.
• Support basic hygiene, feeding, mobility, and health monitoring.
• Assist with housekeeping and shopping as part of home care duties.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant , You w will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
