Adoration Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care in a home setting. You will work under RN supervision, perform personal care, document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, and support activities of daily living.

This part-time role offers flexible days (Mon-Wed-Fri-Sun 12:00pm-3:00pm per the listing), 1:1 care, independence with team support, and opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Ability to complete proper documentation and maintain records.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care under RN supervision.

• Assist clients with personal care and home management tasks.
• Support basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and health monitoring.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant , You w ill:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
