Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Memphis, TN team on a part-time, day-shift basis. You will provide 1:1 patient-centered care under RN supervision, and document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.

You must be 18+, hold CNA certification or state licensure, maintain a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform routine mobility tasks. Benefits and supportive team environment included.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Certification as CNA or Home Health Care Aide as required by state licensure.
• Must lift up to 75 lbs and be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene, grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and related tasks.
• Home management includes basic housekeeping, shopping and related tasks.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
