Job summary

Adoration Health in Union City, TN is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR and assist with personal care or home management tasks in a home-based setting.

We offer daytime hours Monday through Friday, flexibility, and opportunities for independent work with team support.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by state licensure or as Home Health Aide.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene, grooming, feeding and ambulation.
• Help with home management tasks including basic housekeeping, shopping, and related duties.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant , You w ill:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
