Job summary

Adoration Health in McKenzie, TN is seeking a Private Duty CNA for night shifts to provide patient-centered, in-home care under RN supervision. You will perform essential personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and document care using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.

This role offers 1:1 patient support, flexible scheduling within a full-time night roster, and opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• CNA certification per state licensure
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs; able to sit, stand, walk for periods and bend/kneel/push/pull/reach

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks

Schedule: Full-Time; Nights

• Pediatric Case
• ADL's
• Monday & Wednesday 1:00pm - 9:00pm
• Tuesday & Thursday 3:00pm - 9:00pm
• Friday 1:00pm - 8:00pm

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
