Job summary

Adoration Private Duty CNA role in Elizabethton, TN. Provide 1:1 patient care under a RN, document with EMR, assist with personal care and home management tasks in a private duty setting.

Schedule is full-time nights with benefits including health, retirement and tuition assistance, reflective of a supportive home-care environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA with active certification or licensure as a CNA/Home Health Care Aide.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record per agency policy.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform activities of daily living tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Support basic health care related tasks, hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
