Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant in Tullahoma, TN. Join a team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care delivered in the home setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and supporting home management tasks under RN supervision. Flexible full-time days with strong team support and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification or state licensure as CNA/Home Health Aide.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.; sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Help with basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation and health monitoring.
• Support basic housekeeping tasks as part of home management.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant , You w ill:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
