Northridge Village in Ames, IA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in a senior living community. Nurses and aides work together to maintain residents’ health and comfort, delivering hands-on care with dignity.

The role includes assisting with daily activities per care plans, documenting care, and adhering to safety and infection-control policies. Shifts include 6am-2:30pm (PT), 2pm-10:30pm (PT), and 10pm-6:30am (FT/PT), with competitive wages.

Formación

• Must have completed an approved CNA training program.
• Must have passed competency examinations in clinical skills and written knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents in a nursing home to support their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in care plans.
• Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines; report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families and guests.
