Autumn Lake Healthcare is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team. We offer a New Increased Pay Rates and a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor changes, and collaborate with nurses to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment. Active CNA certification required; prior long-term care experience is valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality, hands-on care while preserving residents' dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Help create a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.
